Geometry was not so long ago a subject that had fallen into relative mathematical obscurity. With the advent of computer graphics and dynamic geometry systems there is a renewed interest in the subject. Unfortunately, we are still presented with students each year that do not have the background to visualize even simple objects. This paper will describe a sequence of coordinated projects that build students geometric and technical skills while bringing them to a point where they are able to create geometric art and models. Projects, student work and reactions will be presented.
