Application Process
Current ASU Students:
Complete and sign the Financial Aid Release Form in html, PDF , or MS Word and mail the completed form to or submit it in person at the address listed at the bottom. Once you received a confirmation on your eligibility to apply for the S-STEM Scholarship, you are required to complete your application package by submitting all application materials:
      1. cover letter,
      2. completed application form PDF Fromat, or Word Fromat,
      3. essay of 500-1500 words discussing your career goals,
      4. two sealed letters of recommendations, and
      5. other indicators which you feel should be included (contests, presentations, community service, etc.).

Incoming Freshmen, Transfer Students, and New Graduate Students:
      1. Complete and sign the Financial Aid Release Form in html, PDF , or MS Word ,
      2. cover letter,
      3. completed application form PDF Fromat, or Word Fromat,
      4. essay of 500-1500 words discussing your career goals,
      5. two sealed letters of recommendations,
      6. official high school transcripts (freshmen).
      7. official SAT scores, unless they appear on a transcript (freshmen),
      8. all official college and university transcripts (transfer students), and
      9. other indicators which you feel should be included (contests, presentations, community service, etc.).

All application materials should be enclosed in a single envelope if possible and mailed to:
